The nonconformity is studied and analysed to identify a problem statement. The team should involve all its members in a discussion and brainstorming activity.
The responsible authority questions the problem statement. Further, with the outcome received, another four rounds of questions are raised. Finally, the last outcome has the root cause of the non-conformity.
